On December 30, 2020, the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the list of institutions approved as 2020 Anhui Provincial New-Type R&D Institutions. hetian’s certification as one such institution marks another honor in the company’s R&D innovation platform development.
Anhui Provincial New-Type R&D Institutions are vital components of the province’s scientific and technological innovation system. Centered on addressing regional and industry-specific major technical needs, these institutions feature diversified investment, flexible operational models, and market-oriented mechanisms. Their core function is industrial technology R&D, complemented by applied basic research, secondary development of achievements, technology transfer and commercialization, enterprise incubation, industrial investment and financing, and scientific services.
